I run this site as a small marketing practice based in Israel. If you write to me, I want you to know what I collect, why I keep it, and how to ask me about it.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I ask for:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your email address
- The services you want help with
- Whatever you write in the message
If you email me directly, I receive whatever you choose to include in that email. I don’t ask you to create an account, and this site doesn’t use advertising cookies or a tracking pixel.
The site is hosted on Vercel. To deliver the pages and keep them secure, Vercel may process technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. I don’t use that information to build a marketing profile of visitors.
Why I collect it
I use your details to:
- Read your inquiry and reply to you
- Understand your business and whether I can help
- Keep a record of the conversation if you and I decide to work together
I don’t sell your information, and sending the form does not add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it
A few providers handle the information so the site can run and so your note can reach me:
- Vercel hosts the site and runs the form submission on its servers.
- Resend delivers the inquiry to my inbox by email.
- Google stores that email in my Gmail inbox at dmuller91@gmail.com.
They process the information so I can receive you and reply. I don’t give it to anyone else for their own marketing.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiry emails for as long as I need them to reply. If you and I work together, I keep the thread for the life of that work and a reasonable period after it ends, including where I need it for tax or business records. If you and I don’t work together, I delete the thread when it’s no longer useful — and sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask me to:
- Tell you what personal information I hold about you
- Correct it if it’s wrong
- Delete it
- Limit how I use it
Those requests sit under Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also ask for access, correction, deletion, or to object to how I use your information under the GDPR or UK GDPR. I’ll answer within a reasonable time, and within 30 days where a shorter deadline applies.
Contact
I’m David Muller, and I handle these requests myself. Email dmuller91@gmail.com and put “Privacy” in the subject so I see it quickly.
The way I make the site usable is described on the accessibility statement.
